Terms of Service — Sylvia Rogan Media

By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book your session. This deposit is applied to the total session cost. The remaining balance is due after all photo and video edits are completed and delivered.

2. Turnaround Time

Final edited galleries are delivered within 2–3 days after the shoot unless otherwise communicated.

3. Editing, Revisions & Client Edits

All images are lightly edited before proofing.

• Mini Session: You select 10 final photos.

• Portrait Session: You select 30 final photos.
  Final selected images will receive full professional editing.
  Revisions may be requested as needed.
  No additional filters or edits may be applied to the delivered photos or videos when posting on social media.

4. Video Deliverables

• Mini Session: 1 fully edited video

• Portrait Session: 3 fully edited videos
  Raw video footage can be provided upon request.

5. Usage Rights

Clients are granted personal use rights only.
Commercial use, advertising, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or promotional use requires a signed media release and an additional licensing fee.

The photographer retains full copyright to all media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge—your deposit simply transfers to the new date.
If you cancel your session entirely, the $50 deposit is forfeited, and no additional fees are owed.

7. Gallery Access & File Storage

Final galleries remain active for up to 3 years.
Clients are solely responsible for downloading and backing up their photos and videos. The photographer does not guarantee long-term storage after gallery expiration.

8. Portfolio Use

Unless requested otherwise in writing, the photographer may use images and video from your session for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
